Trisha Thorne, PT, DPT, PCS, SBCS, C/NDT is a doctor of physical therapy at Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands working in the NICU and outpatient pediatric settings as a neurodevelopmental therapist. Trisha is a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist as recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties; as well as, a Small Baby Care Specialist in the NICU. She has extensive experience in a great variety of pediatric settings ranging from home health (high risk infants), pediatric outpatient/inpatient, pediatric/adult orthopedics/sports outpatient, and NICU Levels I, II, III, and IV. Trisha’s current research projects include investigating evidenced based clinical guidelines regarding scar tissue reduction interventions following abdominal surgeries and plagiocephaly prevention protocols in the NICU.
