Dr. Tiffany Nguyen is a Board-Certified Pediatrician and has a Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine. She has been with Texas Children's for over 20 years and sees patients from the newborn stage up to college years. She enjoys learning and teaching, and has collaborated on educational blogs with Texas Children’s, Fully and Kashi. She serves on the Pediatric Subcommittee of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine developing modern Plant-Based Healthy Plate recommendations as well as exercise and sleep prescriptions for kids. Recently, she had the privilege to address the USDA Dietary Guidelines Committee effecting policy on behalf of children’s nutrition and obesity prevention.
Personal Statement
I am deeply committed to providing evidence-based, high-quality care to my patients. I take a holistic approach in interacting and engaging with my patients and their families. My passion is preventing illness through promoting health and wellness for my patients, colleagues, staff and family. I invite everyone to join me on my next initiative, Walk-With-A-Doc, that educates and engages our community towards health and happiness for our children and their families.
My hobbies include running, globe-trekking and baking blueberry banana bread.
