Dr. Suratha Elango is a primary care pediatrician and community health advocate at Texas Children's Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. She works clinically with an underserved Medicaid population and also enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and residents. Dr. Elango grew up in San Antonio, and after many stops along the way, moved to Houston in August 2017.
 

Personal Statement

I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of all children and their families through a holistic approach. Watching children grow and develop and being a part of their journey is truly a privilege.
