Personal Statement
I am deeply committed to supporting children and families as they navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression and life transitions. With a warm and empathetic approach, I create a safe haven where my patients can freely explore their emotions and develop essential coping skills. I am passionate about helping children understand and manage their feelings, especially during times of change or difficulty. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy skills to help patients thrive and tailor my methods to each child's unique needs and personality. Together, we'll work on building emotional resilience, boosting self-confidence and finding healthy ways to express feelings. I believe in the strength and potential of every patient I work with. My goal is to empower not just the child, but the whole family, with practical tools for managing mood disorders and enhancing emotional well-being.
