Sally M. Mutch, MSN, RN, CPNP-AC

I have a special interest in patients born with congenital heart disease. I work closely with the congenital heart surgeons to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care, and maintain close contact with patients and families during the hospitalization to help provide continuity of care. I am one of ten Advanced Practice Providers helping meet the demands of a high-volume specialty service and my responsibilities include seeing patients in an outpatient clinic, rounding and managing care for congenital heart surgery inpatients, and keeping families updated during surgical procedures.

I have been a nurse for almost 20 years in all aspects of pediatric care. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Nurse Coordinator for the Congenital Heart Surgery team which built on my many years as a Cardiac Intensive Care nurse.
