Dr. Parikh is a radiologist specializing in Adult Imaging, with advanced training in interventional radiology and body imaging. Following her medical education at the University of Illinois, Dr. Parikh completed her Radiology Residency at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She subsequently pursued specialized fellowships in Interventional Radiology and Body Imaging at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Parikh focuses extensively on women's imaging, with a particular interest in endometriosis. Dedicated to addressing the healthcare needs of adult patients at Texas Children's Hospital, Dr. Parikh is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care.
Personal Statement
I am honored to serve as the Division Chief of Adult Radiology, bringing extensive experience from both private practice and academic environments. Throughout my healthcare journey, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to delivering exceptional care through close collaboration with clinical colleagues, with a primary goal of enhancing patient well-being.
At Texas Children's Hospital, I am deeply involved in the expansion and development of our adult division, dedicated to fostering its growth and excellence. I believe in the transformative power of teamwork and effective communication to create a supportive environment that benefits both patients and colleagues alike.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in exploring new destinations through travel, achieving balance through yoga and creating culinary delights through cooking. These passions not only enrich my personal life but also inspire my dedication in healthcare.
