Personal Statement
As a child psychiatrist, my philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, empathy and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. I believe in a holistic approach that considers not only the clinical aspects but also the emotional and social needs of my patients. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children and teens can express themselves freely and work towards their mental health goals.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid cook, finding joy in creating delicious and healthy meals. Cooking is my creative outlet, allowing me to unwind and experiment with flavors. I also enjoy biking around Austin with my husband and two children. Biking allows me to connect with nature, experience the unique charm of Austin and spend time with my family.
