Get to know Payton Pippin, OTR/L
Payton Pippin joined Texas Children's as an Occupational Therapist in July 2025. She has worked with children across a wide range of diagnoses including feeding difficulties, sensory processing disorder, autism, developmental delay, and traumatic brain injury/cerebral palsy. Before working as a pediatric occupational therapist, Payton enjoyed working with adults with Parkinson's disease, and she is an LSVT BIG certified clinician. She dedicated research towards preventing falls in this population and was selected to present her capstone project at the LSU Health Sciences Center Research Day in April 2025. Dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential, she emphasizes evidence-based, client-centered care in her practice.

I strive to pride personalized, holistic treatment plans with a strengths-based play approach to create a therapy environment where children thrive. I am committed to collaborating closely with children and their families to support their growth and meaningful participation in their daily lives.
