Olivia Steele is a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist who specializes in helping children of all ages achieve their full potential through purposeful play, skill development, and therapeutic support. With a passion for empowering children and their families, Olivia has worked extensively with children facing a wide variety of challenges, including developmental delays, sensory processing issues, motor difficulties and behavioral concerns.
With a background in both occupational therapy and extensive training in feeding interventions, Olivia is dedicated to addressing a variety of feeding challenges including sensory aversions, oral-motor delays and picky eating. In addition to offering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, Olivia uses a holistic approach that involves working closely with parents and caregivers to create supportive and engaging environments for the child. Olivia believes that fostering a positive relationship with food while improving functional feedings skills and supporting overall development.
Olivia works closely with parents, caregivers and other professionals to ensure that therapy is effective in both the clinic and at home. By providing guidance, support and resources, Olivia empowers families to be active participants in their child’s therapy, fostering lasting improvements and greater independence.
Personal Statement
As a pediatric occupational therapist, my passion lies in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives. I am deeply committed to supporting children and their families through challenges related to motor skills, sensory processing, developmental delays and feeding/ oral motor skills. Whether it's helping a child learn to dress themselves, improve fine motor coordination or navigate social interactions, I find joy in making a positive impact on their growth and confidence.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, exercising and spending time with my family.
