Nicole Laird, MD, FAAP

Dr. Laird is a board-certified pediatrician with a heart for children and a passion for health care. She brings more than a decade of experience to her practice, offering a warm, nurturing environment where children and parents alike are treated like family. Dr. Laird understands that each child is unique. She takes the time to listen to parents' concerns and answer their questions, tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs of every patient.

While she previously practiced in the Dallas area, Dr. Laird is a Hill Country native. She is excited to be back in Hays County providing care to the families in the growing community of Kyle and the surrounding areas.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Laird enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, traveling, practicing yoga and supporting the Baylor Bears (Sic 'Em!).

Personal Statement

I chose to be a pediatrician because children possess an innate ability to bounce back, to find joy even in adversity. Their laughter is contagious, and their trust in us, as healers, is both humbling and inspiring. I want to be a reassuring presence during a scary exam, an empathetic listener when a teenager grapples with anxiety, and overall an advocate for my patients and their families.
