Nicole I. Montgomery, MD

Dr. Montgomery, an associate professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, specializes in pediatric orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal oncology.  Her main areas of interest include: sarcoma, limb salvage, joint reconstruction, benign bone tumors, musculoskeletal infection, pediatric trauma, fractures, lower limb deformity, spine deformity and scoliosis.  Dr. Montgomery is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to meet the musculoskeletal needs of pediatric oncology patients.  Dr. Montgomery received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rice University and earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  She returned to Houston to complete her residency in orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.  She completed subspecialty fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital and the Shriners Hospital for Children- Houston.  Additionally she received subspecialty fellowship training in musculoskeletal oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
