I strive to provide exceptional care as an integral member of the Pediatric Critical Care team by placing emphasis in the following: • To have the courage to meet the intense demands of our profession and our patients • To make decisions in the best interest of our patients and our profession • To deliver high quality health care by providing respect, compassion and integrity to our patients, peers, and individuals of our healthcare team • To strive for continued appreciation of the important of life-long learning • To mentor and assist in developing future leaders within the Physician Assistant profession and the community
