Get to know Lauren Mills, PT, DPT, SCS
Lauren Mills is Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy. She did her residency training at UF Health in collaboration with the University of Florida and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She is passionate about injury prevention through loaded exercise and movement re-training and returning patients back to their sports after injury. She has experience working with youth athletes all the way to collegiate athletes.

Overhead athletes, Injury prevention through loaded exercise and movement re-training, Sports Injuries and Post-operative care. Particular interested in the overhead athlete/post-op shoulders and lower extremity injuries
