Personal Statement
I look at every specimen as if it were from my own daughter. Because clinicians depend on the information I provide them to guide treatment, I strive to anticipate their questions and needs. These practices were shaped in me by my teachers before me; therefore, I close the loop when I inspire and teach students, especially underrepresented minorities.
