Dr. Dolan is a pediatric Critical Care Physician who works in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Texas Children's campus at Texas Medical Center. She has clinical expertise and interest in critical care nephrology, focusing on extracorporeal renal replacement therapy utilized for acute kidney injury and acute liver failure. Her research interests include education design research and clinical research evaluating the functional outcomes of critically ill children. Dr. Dolan is a frequent presenter and attendee of national and international conferences in the critical care nephrology community.
Personal Statement
I thoroughly enjoy my job as a pediatric critical care physician. Intensive care medicine is focused on multi-disciplinary care that includes collaboration among many pediatric subspecialty services. As the health care field expands with new therapies and innovations, I am committed to the continued education, collaboration and research to improve the care of all critically ill children.

Research interests
I have two main research interests: 1) creating robust educational programs for health care professionals in many different settings and 2) evaluating functional outcomes of pediatric critical care survivors.
