Get to know Jennifer Morgan, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Jennifer Morgan began her career as a sports physical therapy resident at The Ohio State University. Following the completion of her sports residency, she stayed on at The Ohio State University and served as a faculty member of the sports residency program while treating various orthopedic and athletic injuries. In addition to her time in the clinic and mentoring sports residents, Jennifer had the opportunity to work as a strength and conditioning coach at one of the local high schools where she utilized her knowledge in sports performance. She enjoys working with the young active population and has specific clinical interests in ACL injuries, hip/knee/ankle injuries, as well as shoulder injuries. She has a particular interest in injury prevention to decrease an athlete’s risk for future injuries.
Jennifer earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Angelo State University. Prior to PT school, she was a graduate assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Texas-Pan American where she earned her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. While completing her undergraduate education, she was a Division I basketball player at the University of the Pacific in California.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family including her husband, Carlos and her two kids, Amari and Aaliyah and to cheer for the Dallas Cowboys.
