Personal Statement
For the past 20 years, I have been in many roles as a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit and I am excited to provide care in my new role as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. I believe in providing safe, evidence-based, family-centered, quality care to this vulnerable population. I am always seeking opportunities to learn and grow in my career and am passionate about education and quality improvement.
