Jenna Tabien is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Otolaryngology Department. Starting out as one of the clinic nurses for ENT in 2015, she decided to pursue her education and become an advanced practice provider. She utilizes evidence-based practices in formulating a treatment plan for her patients. She also incorporates patient education and emphasizes individualized care to meet each patient's needs.
Personal Statement
As a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the ENT department, I am passionate about delivering optimal care to my young patients. I believe in applying evidence-based practice to guide my clinical decisions to ensure that each patient receives the optimal care that they need. I also prioritize involving parents and caregivers in the medical decision-making process, recognizing that their insights are invaluable in achieving the best outcomes for their children.
