Personal Statement
My philosophy of care is to be an active participant in creating an individualized treatment plan that is specific to a patient and their family’s needs. As a speech-language pathologist, I have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and stages of life within the acute hospital setting. My passion, however, is with the newborn population who present with infant feeding and swallowing disorders due to complex medical diagnoses.
