Dr. Hope VanCleve is a Pediatric Critical Care Physician with a special interest in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), complex cardiopulmonary disease, patient safety and quality improvement. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill infants and children while partnering closely with families during some of their most challenging experiences.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. VanCleve has been actively involved in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research and multidisciplinary education. She has presented her work at regional and national meetings and is committed to advancing pediatric critical care through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Personal Statement
I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill children and their families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I believe that exceptional critical care extends beyond treating illness – it also means listening, communicating openly and partnering with families to ensure they feel informed, supported and involved in every step of their child's care. I strive to create an environment of trust while delivering the highest quality, team-based care tailored to each patient's unique needs
