Dr. Georgina F. Amaral is a dual board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She provides comprehensive, family-centered care for children, adolescents and young adults with a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including menstrual disorders, pubertal concerns, congenital reproductive tract anomalies, differences of sex development, complex contraception, pelvic pain and ovarian masses. Her clinical interests include multidisciplinary care for patients with complex medical conditions, bleeding disorders, Turner syndrome and disorders of puberty.
Dr. Amaral is actively involved in multidisciplinary clinical programs, medical education and clinical research focused on improving reproductive health outcomes for children, adolescents and young adults. She is committed to advancing pediatric and adolescent gynecologic care through education, mentorship and collaboration. She is dedicated to improving access to specialized gynecologic care while educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Personal Statement
My goal is to create a welcoming, respectful environment where children, adolescents, young adults and their families feel heard, informed and empowered to participate in their care. I value partnering with patients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals, recognizing that every stage of development brings unique physical, emotional and social needs.
I am passionate about helping young people build a positive relationship with their reproductive health and believe that education is an essential part of every visit. Whether managing a complex medical condition or addressing a new concern, I strive to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that helps patients feel confident and supported.
