Get to know Erin B. Henkel, MD
Dr. Henkel strives for clinical excellence in the care of ill and injured children in the Emergency Centers at Texas Children’s Medical Center, West and The Woodlands campuses. She works on quality and process improvement as the Associate Trauma Medical Director for the three Houston area campuses and as Associate Medical Director of Mission Control/Transfer Center for the Texas Children's system. Her educational efforts focus on multi-disciplinary simulation in pediatric trauma and medical resuscitations as an instructor for ATLS, PALS, Stop the Bleed, and the TCH Simulation Center.
