Get to know Diana Suarez Martinez, CPST
Diana S. Martinez is a Health Education Specialist with Texas Children's Center for Childhood Injury Prevention. For more than 28 years she has worked for the hospital, she has been a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor for more than 22 years. In this role, she educates parents/caregivers on how to protect their children in their vehicle.
Ms. Martinez has also been the coordinator for the Safe Kids Greater Houston coalition for more than 15 years. She works with many different organizations/partners to keep children safe and to educate and protect families from preventable injuries.
Personal Statement
I am committed to providing education to caregivers to prevent injuries to children. It is rewarding to know that I am making a difference in the community to protect children from injuries.
