Dr. David Jones is a pediatric gastroenterologist who cares for children with general gastrointestinal disorders in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. Dr. Jones strives to form trusting and long-lasting relationships with his patients and their families. He believes it is important to communicate openly and thoroughly with patients and their caregivers to develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan.
Dr. Jones provides care for patients at Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands and has experience treating a broad range of clinical conditions including nutrition and feeding disorders, celiac disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, inflammatory bowel disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders.
Personal Statement
My approach to patient care includes communication and education. I believe that patients and their families should understand the diagnosis and be involved in formulating a diagnostic and treatment plan that is the best for them.
