Crystal Mase-Dykes is the Assistant Direction of the NICU at Texas Children’s Pavillion for Women. Since 2010, she has been a driven health care leader and has a track record of innovative management and consulting in maternal and high-acuity neonatal units. She has proven skill in streamlining workflows, ensuring quality, and collaborating with frontline and executive teams to solve unique challenges and meet hospital-wide goals.
