I believe that high-quality pediatric care requires true partnership, and I strive to create an environment in which families feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their child’s care. I am passionate about fostering collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and advocating for practices that support both the short- and long-term well-being of the children I serve.
