Personal Statement
As a board-certified pediatric cardiologist and the Medical Director of Pediatric Cardiology Associates of Houston, I am passionate about making exceptional heart care accessible to children and families throughout our communities. I love being a community cardiologist because it allows me to build lasting relationships with families and support them throughout every stage of their cardiac journey.
I tailored my education and training to provide comprehensive cardiac care, from preventative cardiology to the management of complex heart conditions. I am especially proud of the services our practice can provide and the role we play in connecting families to the resources they need. Pediatric Cardiology Associates of Houston was developed to complement the expertise of Texas Children's Heart Center, helping extend access to world-class cardiac care while allowing families to receive personalized care close to home.
Beyond caring for patients, I am committed to serving our community through leadership, advocacy, and philanthropic work. I am an active member of the National Charity League and serve as President of the Young Men's Service League. Both organizations are committed to supporting individuals and families in need while fostering a spirit of service in the next generation. These experiences provide meaningful opportunities to teach young men and women the value of giving back, developing compassion and making a positive
impact in their communities. Supporting children and families, both inside and outside the clinic, continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
