Get to know Bruce R. Parker, MD
Dr. Bruce Parker honorably retired after serving as Chief of Service from 1994 - 2004. Under Dr. Parker’s leadership, Texas Children’s Department of Radiology experienced exceptional growth and advancement in technologies. Dr. Parker led Texas Children’s to be pioneers and early adopters of PACS and voice recognition, now universal staples of diagnostic radiology. He is also a recognized Professor Emeritus of Radiology and Pediatrics at Stanford University.
