Bianca Robles-Muñoz is a trilingual speech-language pathologist fluent in English, Spanish and American Sign Language who specializes in evaluating and treating bilingual/multilingual patients, d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing youth, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) users.
Personal Statement
I am committed to creating an environment that facilitates open communication and learning. I have been connected with the Deaf community for many years and have experience providing language therapy in American Sign Language. I use evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches to create individualized and functional plans of care. I use a combination of total communication, child-led and play-based therapy techniques to meet my patients where they are, to honor their communication as meaningful and to personalize their care to achieve their language goals. I passionately advocate for my patients and enjoy collaborating with their families, providers, and educators and strive for a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.
