Get to know Bart D. Putterman, MD
Dr. Putterman provides personalized comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care with a focus on communication and compassion. He entered the field of Ob/Gyn so that he could provide long term care for his patients and support them through the many stages of their lives. He has an active obstetrical practice and currently also provides complete medical and surgical gynecologic care. He has a special interest in ultrasound for all of his obstetrical and gynecologic patients and performs most of these examinations himself. In addition, he is very actively involved in treatments using minimally invasive techniques such as advanced laparoscopic surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomies. Pelvic organ prolapse repair is another of Dr. Putterman's areas of special interest. He works with a team of surgeons to assess and repair complex cases of pelvic prolapse. Dr. Putterman uses up-to-date technology and equipment to provide the care that his patients require performing many procedures in the office setting to maximize patient comfort and minimize inconvenience.
