Dr. Aubrey Baker is a pediatric physical therapist who is especially interested in working with children in the pediatric and neonatal intensive care units to promote early mobility and neurodevelopmental care. She strives to create a family-centered approach and provides evidence-based assessment and interventions based on each child's unique individual needs.
She also has experience working along the continuum of care with specialized patient populations including those with congenital cardiac conditions, torticollis, hemophilia, cerebral palsy and genetic conditions.
Dr. Baker has presented her research regarding the effects of motor intervention with infants and toddlers with cerebral palsy at a national convention.
Personal Statement
I aim to provide meaningful family-centered care to each individual patient. I enjoy working in a multidisciplinary environment that allows for the evaluation and treatment of the whole individual. I am passionate about continuously increasing my knowledge to maximize my patient's rehabilitative outcomes and thus improve the quality of life for children and their families.
