Ashley Bernal is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience working in pediatrics. She specializes in assessing and treating children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health needs through the use of evidence-based treatments that maximize mental health and well-being for children and their caregivers.
Ms. Bernal specializes in anxiety, depression, disruptive behavior problems, panic attacks, OCD, anger and stress management.

I work purposefully to develop a therapeutic relationship and alliance with families from diverse backgrounds to help them reach their goals that align with their values.
