From Mr. Bodnar:
I believe the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration inclusive of each patient and family. It is our responsibility to ensure that every family has the knowledge, tools and resources to successfully reach mutually agreed upon goals throughout the continuum of care. Health care is not confined within institutional doors; rather, it is a relationship built with alignment of values for the well-being of the community being served.
