Aila is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Texas Children’s Medical Center campus with a specialized focus on voice disorders. As a member of the multidisciplinary Voice Clinic team, she provides comprehensive evaluations and treatment for voice disorders, laryngeal obstruction/paradoxical vocal fold motion and chronic cough. She also evaluates and treats patients with language, articulation and fluency disorders.
Personal Statement
I have experience working with pediatric populations in both school-based and outpatient settings. I am committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care that supports each patient in achieving their communication goals. I value collaboration with patients and their families and strive to ensure that families feel informed, supported and actively involved throughout the care process.
