As a Sports Physical Therapist, my greatest reward is seeing an athlete return to the field stronger, more confident and ready to achieve their dreams.
I believe that physical therapy is about empowering individuals to surpass their pre-injury performance levels and embrace an optimal state of health and wellbeing. I am driven to help pediatric athletes overcome their injuries and achieve their highest potential.
My holistic approach to rehabilitation integrates manual therapy, cutting-edge exercise techniques and patient education to address injuries at their root cause and strengthen the body to prevent future injuries. I work closely with athletes, coaches and other health care professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to recovery and performance enhancement.
