About
Dr. Palazzi is Medical Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Texas Children’s Hospital and a member the of Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society’s Pediatric Committee on Antimicrobial Stewardship. In addition, she participates in the SHARPS (SHaring Antimicrobial Reports for Pediatric Stewardship) group, a collaborative of more than 30 children’s hospitals focused on establishing best practices for the use of antimicrobials in children. Dr. Palazzi is Director of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program and Associate Division Head of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Baylor College of Medicine.
