Our nurse coordinator will work with you to collect imaging, genetic testing and other necessary records before you see a doctor or genetic counselor. The nurse coordinator can also coordinate other visits as needed, especially if you’re traveling from out of town.

Your first clinic visit is with a medical provider and a genetic counselor. At this visit, we’ll ask about your medical history and perform a physical examination in addition to coordinating any necessary genetic testing. You’ll leave with initial cardiovascular care recommendations, which will be communicated with the referring doctor. When indicated, we’ll facilitate the evaluation of other members of your family.
