Dr. Matt McGinley Presents at USC-Chen Institute Frontiers Forum 2025
UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - April 30- May 1, 2025 Dr. Matt McGinley, investigator at the Duncan NRI and assistant professor in the department of Neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine, was a featured speaker at the "Sensation-Motivation and AI" themed USC-Chen Institute Frontiers Forum 2025.
Dr. McGinley's talk was titled, "Neural correlates of arousal and motivation in sustained attention".
About the forum
Organized by Dr. Li Zhang of the USC Center for Neural Circuits and Sensory Processing Disorders, this was the 3rd Frontiers Forum which focuses on "the integration and processing of external and internal sensory information that drive behavioral responses." The forum included broad discussions on the rapidly evolving fields of deep-learning and AI.
