Effective June 24, 2026, the six physicians listed below will no longer be employed by Texas Children’s Physician Group or practicing in the Pavilion for Women in the Texas Medical Center.
The six (6) departing physicians are:

Starting July 1, 2026, these physicians will be located at:

Your continued healthcare is our main concern during this transition. You have several options regarding your healthcare listed below:
If you wish to continue your care with us at our new practice, you will need to complete a release of medical records. You can fax the completed form to (832) 825-9056 or mail it to the address on the form. You can also request a copy of your medical record through the MyChart application.
You may continue your care with one of the physicians at The Women’s Specialists of Houston or another one of the providers in the Pavilion for Women.
You may choose to follow up with another physician. Please request that your medical records be sent to you or your new physician by using the enclosed form.
If you are pregnant and/or currently receiving care, please contact a nurse navigator at 832-826-5873 to help facilitate the continuity of your care.
