Get to know Jeannie Eggers, MSN, RN, CPN, CCRN
Jeannie Eggers is the Manager of System Quality Education, Simulation, and Continuing Medical Education (CME). She began her career in critical care nursing at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she discovered a strong passion for education. Over time, she has led simulation efforts across the organization through roles focused on instruction, program leadership, and educational innovation.
Jeannie also serves as the nursing lead for DISCERN SQI, Texas Children’s hospital-wide clinical event debriefing and knowledge-sharing initiative. In close collaboration with clinical and system leaders, she continues to champion simulation as a powerful driver of learning, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
