Personal Statement

Helen Huls is the CTL laboratory manager in the laboratory of Cliona Rooney, PhD. The laboratory assists in research for the Bone Marrow Transplant / Cell and Gene Therapy Program at Texas Children's Cancer Center. She oversees the running of the research laboratory and the training of technicinas both in the research laboratory and the GMP facility. Develops and writes standard operating procedures for clinical grade CTL production in the GMP facility. Oversees CTL production and infusion
