Brady S. Moffett, PharmD, MPH

Personal Statement

Dr. Moffett is the clinical pharmacist for the pain medicine service. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and completed residencies at the University of Maryland Medical Center and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also received a Master’s in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Texas Health-Science Center at Houston. His clinical and research interests include pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics of medications in children, therapeutic drug monitoring, medication dosing in obesity, and large database analysis of medication use in pediatric patients. He also has a special interest in personal and professional productivity. He is married with 4 young children and likes to spend his free time with his family travelling around Texas and restoring an old farm in East Texas.
