Call the clinic refill line at 832-822-5046 to renew your child’s prescriptions. Some key tips to remember:
We renew prescriptions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. only.
We write most prescriptions for a 30-day supply of medication with refills.
You may request a 90-day prescription.
Allow 7 days to receive a handwritten prescription in the mail. You may also arrange to pick up the prescription at the clinic.
Controlled substances
You’ll need a special prescription if one of your child’s medications is a controlled substance. Please call the clinic refill line at 832-822-5046 and provide the required information for refills of a controlled substance. We’ll send the prescription directly to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Missed appointments
Our providers must see your child at least once a year to refill their prescription. If you and your child consistently miss appointments, we will not refill prescriptions. Instead, we will refer you to your primary care provider for prescriptions.
