Our Team

The Kidney Stone Clinic’s team, which includes a pediatric urologist, a pediatric nephrologist and a registered renal dietitian, will see all patients with urinary tract stones at a single visit.

• The pediatric nephrologist, who has expertise in caring for patients with kidney stones, will perform a metabolic evaluation to determine the cause of the urinary tract stones and provide medical management to prevent further stone formation.
• The pediatric urologist will actively support the child’s medical care and provide surgical intervention if needed.
• The renal dietitian will educate patients on dietary modifications to prevent recurrence of stone formation.
