Why are patient visits at our community locations important?

Our mission at Texas Children’s Pavilion for Women is to create a healthier future for children and women throughout our global community by leading in patient care, education, and research. Providing care throughout our community is an important part of how we support this mission. While some mothers and babies may need to be seen at our Texas Medical Center location, many patients can be cared for closer to home. This is part of how we work to provide you with the right care, in the right place, at the right time. 

What does the number of patient visits at community locations measure?

This is the number of patient visits completed each quarter at all of our community clinics, including all MFM clinic, OB/GYn clinic and Community Partners
