Newly Pregnant


Early prenatal care is important. Call us as soon as you suspect you are pregnant and have a positive pregnancy test. If you have already been seen by a care provider and are less than 14 weeks pregnant we may request your medical records to better serve you. We encourage you to review our provider profiles to learn more about our team and help you choose a doctor. Then call us to schedule your first prenatal appointment.

Transferring your Obstetrical Care


If you are more than 12 weeks pregnant and are interested in becoming a new patient, we are here to support your transition. You can expect safe quality care from our team.

Follow the process below to get started.

  1. Choose a doctor
  2. Complete the Request for Care form
  3. Fax the form and your complete obstetrical medical records to 832-825-9343
  4. A decision on your request will be made within 7 business days of receiving your documents

Your First Prenatal Appointment


Getting to know you and planning your health care is our top priority. Come prepared to discuss your medical history and lifestyle habits. During your first appointment you can expect:

  • Physical exam
  • Confirmation of your pregnancy and estimated due date
  • Blood and urine testing
  • Ultrasound

We are here to care for you through all phases of life. Services include annual well woman, exams, gynecological screenings, contraceptive counseling, family planning, and identifying and managing gynecological problems.
