Personal Statement
My philosophy of care is rooted in my commitment to compassionate, patient-centered and evidenced-based health care practices. To me, effective health care is a collaborative effort between provider, patient and their families.
I believe in treating individuals with respect, recognizing their unique values and cultural backgrounds. I also believe in the importance of educating my patients and their families so they have a thorough understanding of the conditions, treatment options and potential outcomes. I feel this ultimately helps them achieve their health care goals.
