Her extensive training includes a residency in neuro optometric Rehabilitation at University of Houston College of Optometry and an extensive externship at a Vision Therapy Optometry Practice in Denver, Colorado. She is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and does volunteer work for the One Sight Foundation.
