Treatment philosophy is to focus on movement dyfunctions in athletes that lead to poor mechanics, poor performance, overuse injuries and pain with sports participation. Special interests include over head and running athletes. Functional Movement Screen assessments to uncover inadequate strength, mobility, or stability leading to compensations with movement.
