Tiffany Elder’s philosophy is to provide families with high-quality, individualized patient care during their most difficult days by focusing on family-centered care. “I believe including families in the care of their child can be empowering and aid in developing a better understanding of the child’s disease to better care for the child as an inpatient and at home,” she says.
